Three Valley Campground: RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following rules are intended to keep Three Valley Campground running smoothly and to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We ask that all campers adhere to the terms listed below and we hope you enjoy your stay.
CHECK IN TIME 3PM/ CHECK OUT TIME NOON CAMP SPEED LIMIT 5-10 MPH
- Absolutely NO driving on the grass. Damaged lawns will result in a fine of $50.00 / square foot.
- All debris and garbage must be placed in plastic bags and taken to one of the dumpsters. (dumpsters are located at the main entrance & the Longhouse) PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH ON THE SITE. Only household garbage in the dumpsters please! (NO grills, lawn chairs, furniture, bicycles, etc.) There is a fine for dumping debris.
- One (1) tent is permitted per site and/or cabin at no extra charge. (maximum 4 people)
- Fireplaces and fire ring must be cleaned before checkout. Campfires and fire wood must comply with NYS DEC laws.
- Quiet hours at the campground are 11 PM to 7 AM. Loud talking, singing, audio or visual equipment, or generator noise is not permitted during quiet hours. An adult must accompany all minors under the age of 18 between 11 PM to 7 AM at any campground facilities. Any televisions, stereos, etc. must be kept at a reasonable volume at all hours so as not to disturb other campers. ANY LARGE PARTIES CREATING A DISRUPTION WILL BE BROKEN UP BY THE RANGER AND/OR MANAGEMENT.
- Parents are responsible for the actions of their children and their whereabouts at all times. No children are to be left at the campground without adult supervision.
- Guests and/or visitors are not permitted in the campground without the individual holding the reservation is checked in and/or present.
- Replacement costs will be charged as a result of any damage to campground cabins, facilities, and/or property by guests and/or their guests and/or visitors.
- Pets are to be kept on a leash and under control of the pet owner at all times. (max leash length 6ft) Pets are not allowed inside any buildings at the campground under any circumstances. Noisy and/or aggressive pets will not be tolerated and the ranger/management has the right to ask the pet and/or pet owner be removed from the campground. Pets will not be permitted at the pool at any time. PET WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP ANYWHERE IN THE CAMPGROUND, INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL SITE. YOUR PETS RABIES CERTIFICATE AND CURRENT VACINATION RECORD MUST BE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE. GUESTS/VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING PETS.
- Everyone must sign a swim waiver.
- Children are not permitted to ride their bicycles after dark.
- Grey water and/or sewage may not be dumped on the ground. For your convenience, a dumping station is located at the lakeside shower house to use free of charge.
- No washing of vehicles and/or RVs at the campground.
- Motorcycles can only be driven to and from the campsite. Helmets must be worn.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CHAINSAWS OR ELECTRIC SAWS ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND!
- New York State vehicle and traffic laws must be followed in the campground.
- ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS/BEBE GUNS, WEAPONS, AND/OR FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED AT THE CAMPGROUND.
- HUNTING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUND.
- Lakes are privately stocked and all fishing is catch and release.
- SITE / CABIN RESERVATION HOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE PERSONALLY AND FINANCIALLY FOR GUESTS AND/OR VISITORS ACTIONS, VANDALISM, AND/OR RULE BREAKING.

Three Valley Campground: CABIN RENTALS, GUEST, & VISITOR RULES
CHECK IN TIME 3PM /CHECK OUT TIME NOON CAMP SPEED LIMIT 5-10 MPH
- For better circulation of heat, please leave ceiling fans on and turn off before checking out.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OR OUTSIDE OF CABIN RENTALS, OR TO BE BROUGHT BY VISITORS AND/OR GUESTS.
- Do not cut, mar, or damage trees. This will be considered an act of vandalism.
- No electric heaters and/or air conditioners are permitted in cabins.
- UTILITY PILOT LIGHTS ARE TO BE LIT BY CAMPGROUND STAFF ONLY.
- Upon checkout, stove, fridge, tables and counter tops must be clean. Floors must be swept and mopped. No trash is to be left in or around the cabin.
- Fireplaces and fire rings must be cleaned upon checkout. Ashes may be dumped in the cans located outside the cabin in compliance with NYS DEC laws.
- Doors and windows must be locked, and TV remote and key must be returned to the office.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF THE CABINS AND/OR INDOOR CAMPGROUND FACILITIES.
- Cabins will be inspected upon checkout before the security deposit is returned. Return of the security deposit is at the discretion of campground staff and contingent upon these rules and cabin condition upon checkout. RETURN OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF CAMPGROUND STAFF AND CONTINGENT UPON THESE RULES AND CABIN CONDITION UPON CHECKOUT.
